Toller Rescue Inc. Auction Rules/Instructions
Basic Rules:
The facebook group, Toller Rescue Inc., is strictly for the auction. Please, no posts if not auction related!
No bids will be accepted prior to the starting time of 7:00 pm EST on the first day (Friday) of the annual auction
Bidding will end promptly at 9:00 p.m. EST on the final day (Sunday) of the annual auction.
Some items have a reserve bid; do not post bids lower than the reserve.
Winning bidder must, additionally, pay shipping costs.
Basic Instructions:
If you haven’t already, join the Toller Rescue Inc. facebook group.
Place your bid in the comments under the desired item during the bidding window.
You may bid multiple times on the same item if you are outbid by someone.
If you are the winning bidder, you will be notified by TRI of the total amount due, including shipping. If you purchased multiple items, shipping will be combined, when possible.
Payment to be made to Toller Rescue Inc. via paypal , venmo, or credit card. You may utilize the TRI website’s donate page for payment. Although not required, kindly consider adding 3% to cover processing fees. Checks may be accepted upon approval of TRI.
